TVCR (Television Community Rec.) is a non profit, volunteer run community cable TV station. Currently we serve the aboriginal communities of Sheshatshiu and North West River, in central Labrador. Our mandate is to promote the regions culture and to showcase our local artists through the use of community television programming.
